OUR SERVICES END OF TENANCY & DEEP CLEANING

Thank you for visiting our dedicated page setting out our professional End of Tenancy and Deep Cleaning services. Although we recognise that each home is different, and so it is preferable to be able to see the property in order to give you an accurate quote, we have provided some helpful information below as a guide to our services, and how we charge for them.

What we do for your home

Hallways, landings and stairs

cleaning of skirting boards.
cleaning of banister rails and spindles.
removal of cobwebs.
cleaning of interior of doors.
vacuuming and/or mop floors and stairs.

Kitchens

cleaning of the exterior of appliances.
cleaning of interior of microwaves and dishwashers.
cleaning of work surfaces, sinks and taps.
cleaning of interior of windows.
cleaning of skirting boards.
cleaning of cabinets (inside and out).
cleaning of fridge/freezer inside and out (please note that fridge/freezers should be empty and defrosted.
tiles wiped clean.
Oven cleaned inside (extra charge applies).
vacuuming and mopping of floors.

Living rooms and dining rooms

cleaning of skirting boards.
interior cleaning of windows, including frames and windowsills.
cleaning of internal doors.
cleaning of internal light switches (please note that light fixtures are excluded).
cleaning of fixed mirrors and dusting of fixed pictures.
dusting of surfaces and ceilings to remove cobwebs.
dusting only of Venetian and vertical blinds.
vacuuming and/or mop floors.
(Please note that we do not move furniture. If the furniture is moved prior to our arrival we can clean the area where the furniture is usually located.).

Bathrooms

cleaning of skirting boards.
interior cleaning of windows, including frames and windowsills.
cleaning of internal doors.
cleaning of internal light switches (please note that light fixtures are excluded).
cleaning of fixed mirrors and tiles.
